We are constantly presented with unique and unusual artistic and architectural concepts. For us it is a particular pleasure to take on such visionary challenges and convert them into original, tangible creative structures.

3D System Krismer® - Expo Milan 2015
At the Austrian “breath.austria” Pavilion, mounds of earth were formed with the 3D System Krismer® according to plans drawn up by “team.breath.austria”.
60 trees along with 12,000 smaller shrubs and bushes were planted. This vegetation produced 62.5 kg. of oxygen per hour, equivalent to the amount required by 1,800 human beings over the same time period.
3D System Krismer® - Mammoth
At the entrance area of the Längenfeld Thermal Baths, located in the Austrian Alps, the 3D System Krismer® was used to create a lifelike Mammoth, inspired by an idea of Austrian artist Peter Paul Tschaikner. It stands as a monument to remind us of Hannibal’s campaign and his crossing of the Alps with an army that included 37 elephants.
3D System Krismer® - Green Roof
The roof of the Freiham District heating plant was given a natural green finish. Freiham, Baveria (Germany).

3D System Krismer® - Ski Jump Landing Area
The 3D System Krismer® ensures the stability of the landing area of a ski jumping facility. It hinders ground deformations or surface slippage, as shown at the Bischofsgrün Ski Jumping Hill in Bavaria (Germany).
At the same time, the 3D System Krismer® forms a solid base for the installation of ski jumping mats for summer jumping.
3D System Krismer® - Landscaping
With the 3D System Krismer® it is also possible to create unusual land forms with different shapes and designs that always have a green surface finish.
Shown here, the “Head of the Giant” (Kopf des Riesen) that houses the Swarovski Kristallwelten or “Cristal Worlds” Museum, designed and built following an original idea by multifaceted Austrian artist André Heller.
3D System Krismer® - EXPO HANNOVER 2000
For the WWF Germany Pavilion at the EXPO 2000 in Hannover (Germany) a “Faun” - a part human and part bird figure - was built following the original concept of the multifaceted Austrian artist André Heller. First a free-standing, self-supporting, 11.0 m high steel tube structure was built as an inner frame. The 3D System Krismer® was then fastened to this frame to create a human body completely covered with living vegetation (over 5,000 ivy plants). Finally, a bird’s head made out of steel sheet metal was mounted at the top of this structure.
